After retirement, Leslie serves as a volunteer Project Manager of Sri Lankan Agricultural Village and Eco-Farm with the purpose of providing a place for Sri Lankan to gather and do some traditional farming, opportunity for Hong Kong citizens and foreigners to socialize with Sri Lankan in order to understand each other’s culture and lifestyle for a harmonious society.
