Hazel Shen is one of the Solution Architects in Red Hat Taiwan. She has backend development experience, several years in Chatbot development and she has been one of the COSCUP speakers in 2019. Also, Hazel is a volunteer of Cloud-Native Taiwan User Group for sharing Cloud-Native projects and tools. With these experiences, Hazel provides various solutions covering automation process design and integration, containers development practices to customers.
