Artificial Intelligence

List of Events

Here is a list of event, includes speaker session and other intermediate slots (e.g. lunch):

Julia -- Looks like Python, feels like Lisp, runs like C/Fortran

Julia is a fast, dynamic, open source, easy to use programming language, designed to solve the two-language problem. It provides ease in both syntax and speed, and adopts multiple dispatch as its paradigm. In this talk, we will give an overview of the strengths and applications of Julia, as well as cover its basic syntax. Through a short live coding demonstration and text game AI with the Flux.jl package, we will demonstrate Julia's ease of use and comprehensive support for Machine Learning and Scientific Computing.

How to build an online learning platform that engages and educates students at scale with Amazon Kendra, Amazon Comprehend, Amazon Translate, and more.

Problem

To be honest, none of the online teaching solution meets the real need of running online lab session. All existing online teaching solutions are just for online meeting or one direction broadcast! Teachers are 100% no way to know your students are really working on their exercise at home or they are just open the online meeting apps, and then doing other stuff!

Plant Identification System with AI + AR

A smart flower atlas, built on open source image recognition systems,
powered by advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Augmented Reality (AR) technologies.

We’ve done real-time identification mobile apps on iOS and Android,
without ever taking a picture. We continue to collaborate with
specialists to improve the system.
